Hill Hey! My name is Sara, and I’m an illustrator and writer based in Southern California. Growing up, I absolutely cherished the stories I was reading and watching. They were everything to me. The action and adventure, the comedy and drama, the heartbreak and happy endings—everything about film, TV, books, and comics left me in awe. Now, as an adult, I get the wonderful opportunity to turn around and create brand new stories of my own invention. Illustration is the magic that can bring the worlds of my imagination to life, and I strive to create art that can leave people feeling even a fraction of the happiness that I felt on the grand adventures of my childhood. I work in a variety of mediums—gouache, watercolor, acrylics, oils, inks, markers, and digital illustration.
